Adoption Petitions

Act 6 of the 2021 Louisiana Legislature requires that an annual statistical report of adoption petitions in Louisiana be made available to the public. The reports are presented below based on the federal fiscal year.


Annual Progress & Service Report (APSR)

45 CFR § 1357.16 requires annual updates on the progress made toward achieving the goals and objectives outlined by Louisiana's Child and Family Services Plan. 


Child and Family Services Plans (CFSP)

45 CFR § 1357.15 requires annual updates on the progress made toward achieving the goals and objectives outlined by Louisiana's Child and Family Services Plan.

Foster Care and Adoption

HCR 74 of the 2003 Legislative session requires the development of an annual statistical report on foster care and adoption in Louisiana. The reports are presented below based on the state fiscal year.


Human Trafficking

Act 564 of the 2014 Louisiana Legislature requires the development of an annual statistical report on human trafficking in Louisiana.


Safe Haven Annual Reports

Article 1160 of the Louisiana Children's Code requires the development of an annual statistical report on health and welfare regarding the Safe Haven Law.


Child Support Review Committee Reports

RS 9:315.16 requires a review of the child support guidelines take place every four years.


Strategic Plan

RS 39:31 requires the production of a five-year strategic plan to guide ongoing and proposed activities.
