SNAP Information for Harvey and Irma Evacuees in LouisianaSurvivors of hurricanes Harvey and Irma who have evacuated to Louisiana can apply for regular Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits through the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services.

You can apply for these SNAP benefits:

• Online at www.dcfs.louisiana.gov/snap.
• In person, by visiting any DCFS Economic Stability office. A complete office listing is available online at www.dcfs.louisiana.gov/offices. Select "Economic Stability" in the Office Type pull-down menu.
