The Enforcement Tools class provide participants with a basic understanding of
procedures and processes necessary to enforce a child support order. This course
includes information on Income Assignment, License Suspension, Freeze and Seize,
Passport Denials, Consumer Reporting, Lottery and Gaming Intercepts, Tax Offsets,
Contempt of Court, and handling of Arrears Only cases.
